Blessed to Serve

Welcome from the Dean

Dear Friends,

It is a great honor and privilege to be called to serve the Palmer Theological Seminary. As we journey together, I am reminded of the words of Jesus when he said, "whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant" (Matthew 20:26). Indeed, we are all blessed to serve one another, just as Christ served us. As we engage in theological education and ministry preparation, let us never forget the call to serve those around us with compassion, humility, and grace. May we be ever mindful of the blessings that come from serving one another in love.

Grace and Peace,
Rev. Dr. Kimberlee A. Johnson,
Interim Dean,
Palmer Theological Seminary
